Before assuming his current role, Ayaad held several senior leadership positions within Egypt Post and its affiliated entities, including Chief of the Chairman’s Office Sector and Vice President of Strategic Partnerships. In these roles, he was instrumental in driving organizational alignment, overseeing high-priority strategic initiatives, and executing partnerships that expanded the organization’s regional and global reach. Throughout his career, Ayaad has demonstrated strong expertise in developing and managing strategic alliances, unlocking new market opportunities, and enabling seamless cross-border trade. His leadership combines deep market insight, negotiation excellence, and operational alignment to deliver sustainable growth, enhance logistics efficiency, and support the expansion of e-commerce and SMEs into international markets.
